Seasonal Occupancy - Winter Storage

Utilities included: Water, Garbage, Cable TV and Septic (Septic requires an auxiliary holding tank, see office)   - Propane delivery service available.

All RV Spaces are 16 feet wide with one vehicle parking.  Customers may add a wood deck and shed to their space.  Close moorage is available and small pets are welcome.

Lake and mountain view, close to water and docks, swimming, community fire pit, covered dock fishing and convenient moorage.  Mineral Lake is one of the best stocked trout fishing lakes for rainbow, cut throats and the new planted steelhead trophy trout.
