Recreational Yearly Lease Contract - $200.00 Monthly

Summer Occupancy - Winter Storage. Build a deck and storage shed.  Save gasoline and travel costs, have a summer home without the hassle of up keep. Reduced moorage rates available with  yearly lease.

                   RULES

o  No tents allowed, no use of generators allowed unless a total park outage.

o  Sleeping in vehicles or boats on resort grounds charged at daily RV rate.

o  Only one vehicle in addition to RV allowed parking on resort grounds.

o  Pets must be leashed at all times.

o  All sites are 16 feet wide, gravel back-in sites with one tow vehicle parking.

o  Advance notice needed if RV has a tilt-out.

 

Dock Fishing For Registered RV Customers:

$3.00 per person/day

Mon-Fri.:

 No Charge-party of 2

 

               Management reserves right to limit number of RV

customers on docks.  Additional guests with RV pay dock rate

 

Deposit, Cancellation and Reservation Change:

A one day deposit is required when reservation is made.  A 50% deposit is required during peak periods and on

and on longer multi day bookings.

To receive a credit on your deposit, notice of cancellation or reservation change must be received prior to arrival.  Check with resort on cancellation policy for your particular reservation.  We glady give credit (less a $5.00 handling fee) for reservation changes or cancellations that meet our policy.  All changes must be made prior to arrival.

 

All RV spaces are 16 feet wide gravel, back-in sites

 with one tow vehicle parking.
